Patricia Ann Hazelrigg, 78, Blue Springs, MO passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2012 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. A celebration of Patty’s life will be at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the William Chrisman Class of 1952 Scholarship Fund.
Patty was born July 24, 1934 in Versailles, MO the daughter of Robert and Iota Bell (Huff) Ellis. She was an avid golfer and a member of the Missouri State Amateur Golf Association. Patty was a former member of the Blue Springs Country Club with her husband.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon in 2010; sisters, Cloetta Hirst, and Wanda Neef; and her parents.
Survivors include her sisters, Bobbie Phillips of Sugarland, TX; Peggy Morton of Palacios, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.
