Dwight Heath

Dwight Heath, 78, Independence, MO passed Oct. 9, 2010. Dwight was born January 3, 1932 in Sturgeon, MO to Pearl M. and Ima (Lewis) Heath. He was a member of the American Legion Post 21, Masonic McDonald Lodge #324 and VFW post 15026. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving during the Korean War. He is survived by three daughters, Pam Hart, Roxanne Zeimet and Dwila Funk; four grandchildren, Amber Smith, Benjamin and Jacob Zeimet, Jennifer Easter; and one great grandson, Vincent Easter. A reception is to take place from 4pm-7pm on Tues., Oct. 13, at his home, 18712 E. 28th Terrace South, Independence, MO 64057. Graveside service at 11:00 a.m. on Wed., Oct. 13, at Chapel Grove Cemetery, Clark, MO.
