ALLIEMAE “SALLY” HINER
Alliemae “Sally” Hiner, 81, of Independence, MO passed away Saturday, August 31st 2013. A visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 5th at Speaks Suburban Chapel with a 2:00 p.m. funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Lobb Cemetery, Independence, MO.
Sally was born August 2nd, 1932 in Webb City, MO to Lucy Mae (Barnes) and Garland Allie Davis. She graduated high school in Alba, MO. She married William J. “Bill” Hiner on March 9, 1948. Sally remained a homemaker and enjoyed her handicrafts and reading. She is remembered with love as the family’s historian, keeping track of everyone in her family.
Sally is survived by brother, Garland Davis and wife Dussie of Independence, MO; brother, Jesse Davis and wife Mary of Fremont, NE; cousin, Simon Joe and wife Loretha of Independence, MO; and numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by twenty one siblings of her beloved blended family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband.
