Minnie Josephine Hogan (Rader)

April 6, 1923 — July 8, 2017

Minnie Josephine Rader Hogan was born in Loma, CO on April 6, 1923. She attended public schools in Loma and Fruita, Colorado and graduated high school May of 1941. She married John Hogan June 5, 1944. They moved to San Diego where he served the country as an aviation machinist mate and she served as a civilian, working for the Navy in the business office. Minnie and John joined the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Church. She loved to collect antiques. Mrs. Hogan is predeceased by her mother, father and brother John Rader. She is survived by her husband John Hogan, daughter Mary Ann Hogan, daughter Sharon Lotz and husband Dave; son Michael Hogan and wife Rebecca, and seven grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. At her death, Mrs. Hogan was a member of the Remnant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and had lived in Lee's Summit, Missouri since June of 2007. Cremation is planned with a private family service to be held at a later date.
