Thomas J. Hollaman

Thomas J. Hollaman, 85, of Independence, MO, passed away Monday, September 4, 2006 at Carmel Hills Living Center. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 8, 2006 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Burial in Mt. Washington Cemetery. TJ was born February 7, 1921 in Quincy, MO to William Wesley and Alma Mildred (Lockhart) Hollaman. He was a member of the Community of Christ Church and was Pastor of a congregation in Mountain Home, AR. Mr. Hollaman was a kind and gentle man who loved his family dearly. He is survived by his wife Joann (Reeder) Hollaman of the home; children Daniel Hollaman, William Hollaman, Judith Murphy and husband Roger, Carol Ann Hicks and husband Mike, Hope Skinner and husband Dave, Diane Leach and husband Larry, Ben Hughes; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren; brothers William Hollaman, James Francis Hollaman. Mr. Hollaman was preceded in death by 3 sisters.
