Beulah Holt

Beulah Mae Holt, 80, of Independence, MO passed away July 18, 2013 at Carmel Hills Living Center. A visitation will be held from 10-11:00 a.m. followed by an 11:00 a.m. service on Tuesday, July 23, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. Graveside services will be held directly following at East Slope Cemetery in Riverside, MO. Beulah was born July 3, 1933 in Metz, MO to Andrew and Winnie Mae (Rucker) Wickam. She first worked as an envelope machine operator at Midwest Envelope. She then worked in food service for University Hospital, as well as North Kansas City Hospital, where she retired. Beulah was a long time member of Norfleet Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill Holt; and two brothers, Ed and Irl Wickam. She is survived by her four children, Susan Connor, Michael Hayes, Debra Noland and DanNi Johnston; nine grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and one sister, Ann Bratcher.
