Debbe K. Howard

Debbe K. Howard, 51, of Independence, MO passed away Monday, December 26, 2005. A memorial service will be 2 pm Friday, December 30th at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday from 7 to 8:30 pm at the Chapel. Burial will be private. Debbe was born October 22, 1954 to Clinton J. and M. Jean McClendon. She married David R. Howard on February 24, 1986. Debbe is survived by her husband David; son, Russell C. Howard; mother, Jean McClendon; brothers, Kenneth McClendon of Raytown, MO, Fred McClendon of Eudora, KS; uncle, Steve Rogers of Eudora, KS; cousin, Dwight Crow of Angwin, CA; and other relatives and friends who will miss her jovial way of life.
