Alma June Hoy, 87 of Blue Springs, Missouri went to heaven on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. June was an adored woman by her family and friends for her gentle, loving, thoughtful and caring nature.
June was born on May 2, 1933 in Lee’s Summit, Missouri to Marvin and Dollie West. June is survived by three children, Gary Bennett (Caroline), Cynthia Thomas (Steve), and Michael Hoy; Five grandchildren, Alyssa Thomas, Jarrad Thomas, Jake Bennett (Martha), Josh Bennett (Sarah) and Jeremy Bennett. Three great grandchildren, Jacob, Finn and Wyatt. Three stepchildren, Harold Hoy (Liza), Peggy Patrick (Steve) and Cindy Cox. Eight step-grandchildren and nine great step-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother David N. West, Aunt Mary Lee Greer and many dear nieces, nephews and friends. She is predeceased in death by her parents Marvin and Dollie and her sister Dollie C. Potter. Mom (Gamy, Grandma, GiGi) was a real sweetheart! She was a devoted Mother and Grandma and loved by all. She will be greatly missed but will live on in our hearts forever through our treasured memories with her.
She is truly our Angel!
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private memorial service is being held in honor of June. For those who are unable to attend we will be recording her service.
