Dorothy "Dot" Huston

Dorothy "Dot� Huston, 67, of Kansas City, MO passed away Thursday morning December 30th at North Kansas City Hospital. Services will be 2:00 pm Monday, January 3rd at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Visitation will be 6-8:00 pm Sunday, January 2nd at the chapel. Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the National Wildlife Association. Dot was born December 12, 1937 in Fairmont, MO to Raymond and N. Frances (Meek) Tawney. She graduated from East High School in 1955. Mrs. Huston retired in 2002 from MAWD as an Executive Secretary. She loved gardening and bird watching in her spare time. Dot is survived by her husband of 41 years, Lee Huston, daughter Kerri Jacks Schubert, son Howard Huston; sister and brother-in-law Lorene L. "Renee� and Bob Jonscher, 7 nieces and nephews, 9 great-nieces and nephews and 1 great-great-nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents.
