James Michael Hutchison

James Michael "Mike� Hutchison, 53, of Independence, MO, passed away Monday, January 8, 2007 at the Medical Center of Independence. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 12, 2007 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hutchison Family Trust Fund c/o Blue Ridge Trust. Mike was born March 18, 1953 in California, MO to Jim and Katie Mae (Flippin) Hutchison. Mr. Hutchison was a Respiratory Therapist at Truman Medical Center. He was so proud of his three daughters and loved to go to the lake and fish. His passion in life was music and playing the bass guitar. Mike is survived by his wife of 31 years, Nancy (Dykal) Hutchison, daughters Nicole Martinez and husband Ray, Jamie Hutchison, Brooke Hutchison; granddaughters Raylee and Reghan Martinez; his parents Jim and Katie; special aunt Annie Cook, uncle J.D. and Norma Hutchison. He was preceded in death by his brother Steve Hutchison in August of 1975.
