Elizabeth Beatrice Irving, 92, Independence, MO passed away Saturday, February 8, 2014.
Elizabeth was born January 20, 1922 near Big Cabin, OK the daughter of Ira Otis and Eva Mae (Webb) Ramsey. She was employed with Olin Containers as an accountant for a number of years and retired from Syncor. Elizabeth was a long time member of Sycamore Hills Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time at Lake of the Ozarks, sewing and painting.
She was preceded in death by two sisters; four brothers and her parents.
Survivors include her loving husband, David Irving of 60 years; daughters, Marcella Dixon, Jackie Lariviere, Donna Jo Rives and husband Charlie, and Fay Clark and husband Dale; seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; sister, Mary Helen Brown and numerous nieces, nephews, and family.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 13, 2014 at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to Sycamore Hills Baptist Church.
