Edward Jacobs

Edward Taylor Jacobs, 95 passed away, Thu. Nov 8, 2007 at St. Luke’s Hospital East, in Lee’s Summit, MO. Graveside services will be 1:30 pm, Mon. Nov. 12, 2007 in Mt. Washington Forever Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 �" 4 pm, Sunday at the Carson- Speaks Chapel. Mr. Jacobs was born on May 13, 1912 in Columbia, MO. He had been a Manager for various Auto Parts stores for many years. Mr. Jacobs was an avid reader and enjoyed spending hours at the Mid-Continent Library reading about various topic. He became a friend to many of the patrons and employees there. Mr. Jacobs was preceded in death by his wife, Lelia in 1977. He is survived by many friends and neighbors.
