Jackie's journey began with her education at Van Horn High School, from which she graduated in 1967. She went on to become a co-owner of Woody's Tow Service, where she worked tirelessly, employing her strong work ethic to serve her community and provide for her family. Her commitment to her work mirrored her devotion to her loved ones, as she navigated life's challenges with resilience and grace. Known for her strong, kindhearted, and ornery personality, Jackie was a generous spirit who loved fiercely. She embraced life with enthusiasm, finding joy in numerous hobbies and interests. She had a fondness for playing bingo and enjoyed trips to the casino. She relished the thrill of playing slots on her tablet and reading books. Her passing was preceded by her parents, Clarence Ronald Meier and Zelma Reba (Romey) Meier; her beloved husband, Irvin "Dean" Stutsman, three sisters, and three brothers. Her loving legacy lives on through her daughters, Carrie Secrest (Bill) and Reba Cooley (Scott); her grandchildren, Heather Mascho (David), Megan Duvall (Cody), and Alan Secrest (Tianalexa), Matthew Pease, and Andrew Pease; her great grandchildren, Ava Edwards, Aarik Edwards, Lexi-Anne Mascho, Blaze Mascho, Lorilei Duvall, and Oliver Duvall; and her fur-baby, Angel.
