Skyler Jacques

Skyler Michael Jacques, age 25, lost his battle to addiction on Sunday March 26, 2017. Addiction was the illness that took him, but was never the essence of who he was. Skyler was born on August 8, 1991 at St Joseph hospital in Kansas City, MO. Skyler was an amazingly caring, giving person. He entertained us all with his sense of humor, his love for music, crazy dancing skills, and most importantly, his devotion to family and friends. His loyalty to those around him was one of his most defining characteristics. Survivors include; his strongest supporter and lifelong soulmate, Destiny Andrews; his two young daughters, Alaina and Aleigha Jacques; his mother/stepfather Michelle & Danny Jackson; father, Charles (Brad) Thompson; grandparents Rick & Elaine Jacques, Linda Hutchison; Linda Buck; Newton Thompson; brother and sisters:: Zakkary Chambers, Savannah Jacques, Sam Jackson, Bella Jackson. Aaron Thompson, Andrew Thompson, Ashlynn Thompson, Jeffery Glover, Brandon Glover, Dustin Glover, his Uncle and Aunt, Jon and Kerry Jacques; along with many other family members and numerous friends.
Visitation will be from 1-3pm Friday, March 31, 2017 with a Memorial Service to follow at Speaks Suburban Chapel.
