Sandra Lorraine "Sandy" Jennings

Sandra “Sandy” Lorraine Jennings, 78, passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. A celebration of life will be held from 1-3pm on Saturday, September 24th at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E 39th St; Independence, MO 64055.

Sandy was born on June 14, 1944, in Kansas City, MO to Grover Strader and Nellie (Pierce) Strader. She adored being a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Sandy is survived by her children, James Jennings of Leavenworth, KS, Pam Marsh of Raytown, MO, Alice Lowe of Humansville, MO, and Gary Jennings of Raytown, MO; 6 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; siblings Richard Strader and Ronnie Strader, as well as, the best loving wife of Everett Jennings of Raytown, MO, to whom she was married to for nearly 63 years.
