Jerry Lee England

December 31, 1953 — May 30, 2024

Kansas City

Jerry Lee England was born on December 31st, 1953, to Ray and Jewell England in Independence, Missouri. He passed away on May 30th, 2024, from a bicycle accident. Jerry is survived by his son Ryan (Amber), his daughter, Jaclyn England and four grandchildren, Rylan, Dax, Sutton, and Cambria.

He had a distinguished career in management for Union Pacific Railroad and retired with 36 dedicated years of service. His brother John also worked for the railroad with Kansas City Southern; he is survived by wife, Jane and son, Cole.

Jerry was a good man and father to three children. The loss of his first child Natilie Olivia was a great tragedy, but his son Ryan and daughter Jaclyn were his joy. He enjoyed cycling, music, fine whisky, the Kansas City Royals and took a lot of care and pride in his lawn and home. He was a Master Mason in Freemasonry Lodge 506.

We hope you will remember the good times and forget about the rest. Jerry will be buried with his daughter Natalie. His graveside service will take place Monday, June 10th at Forest Hill & Calvary Cemetery, 6901 Troost Ave, Kansas City, Missouri 64131. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a Union Pacific Railroad Scholarship to help someone else have a career with the railroad, please find the link below.
