Hipolito Jimenez, 83, of Independence, MO passed away, Friday, August 17, 2007 at Research Medical Center. Memorial services will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, August 19, 2007 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be from 1-2:30 p.m. in the chapel. Cremation. Hipolito was born May 14, 1924 in Valentine, TX to Jose and Rosa (Carrasco) Jimenez. Mr. Jimenez is survived by his wife of 61 years, Manuela (Villanueva) Jimenez; children Humberto Jimenez, Hipolito Jimenez, Jr., Miguel Angel Jimenez, Elvira Zubia, Martha Aguilar, Manuel Jimenez, Jose Alfredo Jimenez, Elizabeth Acosta; twenty grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; sister Elvira; brothers Rodrigo, Luis.
