Donald W. Joyce

Donald W. Joyce, 67, of Kansas City, MO, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at St. Luke�s Hospital. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 2005 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be 7-9:00 p.m. Friday, July 15th. Burial will be in Blue Springs Cemetery. Donald was born August 3, 1937 in Kansas City, MO to James and Grace (Smith) Joyce. He enjoyed a lengthy career in broadcasting where he met many friends. He loved to entertain and sing and play the quitar. Mr. Joyce is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Donald D. and Monica Joyce, daughter and son-in-law Cynthia and David Darrah, Teri and Frank Davis all of Blue Springs, MO, Tina and Robert Albright of Overland Park, KS, Sandra and Curtis Patterson of Queen Creek, AZ; 16 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; brother Thomas "Bud� Joyce, sisters June Skelton and Shirley Kirch. Mr. Joyce was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years Sarah Joyce in 2002.
