Edward James Percival Juliff, 98, Lenexa, KS formerly of Independence, MO passed away Saturday,
June 15, 2013. Ed was born May 30, 1915 in London, Ontario, Canada the son of Percival James and Ethel May (Hardey) Juliff. He was a graduate of William Chrisman High School and Kansas University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering. Ed was a U.S. Army Air Corp Veteran serving in WWII. He retired from Bendix in 1985 as a senior product engineer. Ed enjoyed gardening and loved being around his grandchildren.
Survivors include his sons, Jim and wife Colleen and Rick and wife Debbie; grandchildren, Michael, Erin, Krista and Jaron; brother, William and additional family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pat in 1991; two sisters; one brother and his parents.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 21, 2013 at Mound Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project.
