She graduated from Blue Springs High School and went on to further her education by attending college courses. Eventually, Kathy obtained her Dental Hygienist Certification from Concord. Her dedication to learning and bettering herself was admirable.
Outside of work and studies, Kathy had a passion for music of all genres. It brought her great joy and comfort, serving as a soundtrack to both the good times and the difficult moments in life. She also had a do-it-yourself spirit that led her to tackle various projects around the house, from drywall to flooring.
Kathy is survived by her sons; Donavan Barron, and Austin (Allison) Barron; dear family friend, Mina Wali; grandchildren, mother, Diana Kupka; father, Daniel Allen; sister, Kelly (Russ) Hall; brother, Mark Allen, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
