Ronald "Ron" Keesee

Ronald "Ron" Keesee, 64, passed away on May 19th, 2021 with his loving family at his Independence home.

Ron was one of four boys, born on August 3rd, 1956 to Loren and Patricia (Womacks) in Kansas City, Missouri.

Ron was a hard worker and started working at a young age. He worked construction most of his life. Outside of work, Ron enjoyed fishing, camping, concerts and spending time with his family. Ron was a devoted member of the Masonic lodge, Freedom of Road Riders, Eagles club and was a Shriner. In 1989, Ron and Carolyn welcomed their daughter, Jackie into their lives when she was just a few months old. Ron enjoyed teaching her how to fish and work on cars.

Ron is survived by his wife of 39 years, Carolyn of Independence, MO; daughter, Jackie Wood (David) of Kansas City, MO; two grandchildren: Branden and Zackery; brother, John Keesee (Penny) of Independence, MO; nephew, Michael Keesee; and niece, Angela Keesee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Loren and Patricia and his brothers, David and James.
