Clois W. Keith, 72, of Kansas City, MO passed away, Tuesday, September 30, 2003 at Research Medical Center. Visitation will be 10-12:00 Saturday, October 4, 2003 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Services will be 12:00 pm at the chapel following visitation. Burial in Elm Spring Cemetery. Clois was born August 28, 1931 in Vanderfort, AR to Joseph T. and Ethel O. (Rickey) Keith. Mr. Keith attended grade school in Oklahoma and Independence, MO. Clois was a member of Besonia Baptist Church. He was best known for buying and selling horses throughout the Midwest. Mr. Keith is survived by his wife Judee (Campbell) Keith of the home; sons Steve Keith (Cindy) of Peculiar, MO, Cody Keith of Independence, MO, Cheyenne Keith of Kansas City, MO; daughters Rhonda R. Volz (Ronnie) of Peculiar, MO and Mardel L. January of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a sister, Betty Ryan and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Mr. Keith was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, 2 sisters, 1 of which was his twin.
