Nancy Patricia Keith

Nancy Patricia Keith, 61 of Independence, MO passed away Saturday, July 21, 2006 at the Medical Center of Independence. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial will be in Mt. Washington Forever Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Monday evening at the chapel. Donations may be made to the Nancy Keith Memorial Fund c/o Bank of America 129 W. Lexington Independence, MO 64050. Nancy was born October 23, 1944 in Independence, MO to James Mallard and Bessie May (Travers) Shelton and has been a lifelong resident of Independence. She had worked for the past 12 years at the Drugs for Less Pharmacy in Independence until she retired due to health reasons. Nancy enjoyed her family and spending as much time with them as possible and was also a loving and giving person to anyone in need. She was married to Bobby R. Keith, who passed away in 1990. She is survived by; 3 daughters, Debbie Blevins, Tracey Keith and Carrie Peery all of Independence, MO; a son, Bobby J. Keith of Lincoln, MO; 2 brothers, John "Corky� Shelton and Fred Shelton of Independence, MO; a sister Mary Brown of the home; 14 grandchildren, Joshua Cameron, Christa Hansen, Brandy Pitchell, Sarah Woodrome, Jacob Wait, Rachel Wait, Bessie Mae Marcott, Ashley Keith, Kadee Barrows, Kenny Barrows, Keith Barrows, Bobby Jo Keith, Katelyn Peery and JD Peery; and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a great grandson, Riley Ray Cameron in 2001.
