Jacqueline Faye Kelley, 65, of Independence, MO, passed away, Sunday at her home. Cremation is planned with memorial services at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 24, 2005 at the Pleasant Heights Congregation of the Community of Christ Church. Jacqueline was born May 15, 1939 in Lansing, MI to Garth and Wandah Audentia (Trumble) McKeage. She was born in Michigan but her family moved to the Kansas City are when she was nine years old. She attended schools in Kansas City and was active in the music program, earning medals for her skillful playing of the string bass, and played with the Kansas City Philharmonic in the late 1950�s. Jackie graduated from MU in Columbia, MO earning a bachelor�s degree in education, and later, was mastered in religion. Jackie was married Philip L. Kelley in 1962 at the Liahona House in Columbia, MO. Philip passed away in 1994. Jackie is survived by a son, Ben G. Kelley of Independence, MO and daughter, Sylvia Jones and husband Rick of Benton, MO; 2 sisters, Pam Miller of Independence, MO and Patricia Graven of St. Charles, MO and 2 grandchildren, Eric and Stacy Jones of Benton, MO.
