Marjorie Kennedy, 95, of Independence, MO passed away January 22, 2018. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 28, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. Marjorie was born August 12, 1922 in Tina, MO to Carlton and Hattie (Owens) Green. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George Kennedy; and one daughter, Georgia Pauline Kennedy. Marjorie is survived by son, Harold Kennedy and wife Sue; daughter, Carol Griffith and husband Bill; sister, Betty Berridge; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
