Brandi Rene Kerisimasi (Mccarthy)

Brandi Rene McCarthy Kerisimasi, 49, of Independence, Missouri passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Lee’s Summit Medical Center. Brandi was born to Roger and Carolyn McCarthy in St. Joseph, Missouri on September 7, 1972.
Brandi attended Hope Day School and recently graduated from Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. She had a zest for life that was reflected in everything she did. Brandi loved cooking, swimming, playing volleyball, going to the City Market and preparing the best ever Thanksgivings for her family. Her family was her number one priority. Brandi was generous to a fault and would try to bring home all the stray animals and humans. She had an amazing sense of humor and was an avid Chiefs fan. Brandi will be truly missed and the world is a much richer place because she lived.
Brandi is survived by her children, Nicole and Angel Kerisimasi; husband, Euka; mother, Carolyn McCarthy; sister, Cheri Hobbs (Cory); nephew, Matthew Hobbs (Kassidy); aunt, Janice Thuman (Joe); dear friend, JoAnna Baker and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will take place on April 10, 2022 at 3:00pm at the Living Hope Restoration Church, 2425 S. Crysler, Independence, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the PKD Foundation in memory of Brandi.
