Gary Blaine Kilgore

Gary Kilgore, 59, of Independence, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2015. A visitation will be held on December 9, 2015 from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m., at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St. in Independence, Missouri. The funeral service will follow at 10:00a.m.; Pastor Dave Carlson of First Presbyterian Church will be officiating.
Gary worked for the U.S. government until his retirement from public service. Gary will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and by his beloved animals, Snickers and Sophie.
Gary is survived by his wife, Kathy; two children, Alicia and Chris; three brothers, Isaac, Glen, and Terry; two sisters, Trevia Elson (Jim) and Sharon Kilgore. He was preceded in death by his parents, Opal and Clarence Kilgore and also by a brother, Clarence Kilgore Jr.
