Mary King

Mary A. King, 88, of Raytown, MO passed away, Sunday, September 21, 2003 at Park Place Care Center. Visitation will be from 7-8:00 pm Tuesday September 23, 2003 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Graveside services will be 11:00 Wednesday September 24, 2003 at Mound Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Greater Kansas City Division, 6800 W. 93rd St. Overland Park, KS 66212-1461 or the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 2680, North Canton, OH, 44720. Mary was born January 2, 1915 in Anaston, Alabama to Palo and Martha (Brydwell) Freeze. She was baptized into the RLDS church in 1923. Mrs. King was a bookkeeper and retired in 1975 after working 28 years. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Alvin King, a son, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by her sister Frances L. Rowe of Independence, MO and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
