Herb J. Klenklen, 65, of Blue Springs, MO, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at his home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 12, 2007 at St. Mary�s Catholic Church. Visitation will be 4:30-6:00 p.m. Sunday at Speaks Suburban Chapel where the rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Herb was born November 14, 1941 in Booneville, MO to John Gregory and Lorene Theresa (Kempf) Klenklen. He owned and operated a residential and commercial cleaning business in Eastern Jackson County for more than 25 years. Mr. Klenklen went on to work for Baptist Medical Center before retiring in April of 2006. Herb loved his family and enjoyed spending time fishing, playing cards, cooking and other wood working projects. Mr. Klenklen is survived by his wife of 45 years, Joyce (Watts) Klenklen, sons Jeff M. Klenklen, John G. Klenklen and wife Stephanie; grandchildren Kyle, Taylor, Chandler, Kelsey and Gabriella; brother Robert Klenklen and wife Juanita; sisters Jeanette Wilmsmeyer and husband Melvin, and Helen Klenklen. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
