Leslie Kohlman

Leslie W. Kohlman, 93 of Independence, Mo passed away Monday, September 11, 2006 at Rosewood Health Center. Cremation is planned with a memorial service to be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 16, 2006 at the community chapel at The Groves Retirement Center. Leslie was born November 1, 1912 in Houston, TX to William Charles and Henrietta Caroline (Bohlae) Kohlman. He had served as a minister for the Community of Christ for over 33 years retiring in 1977. He was married to Aarona (Booker) on July 18, 1934, she survives of the home. Other survivors include, 5 children, Fay Davis of Kennewick, WA, David Kohlman of Colorado Springs, CO, Kathleen Sparkes of Bellingham, WA, Richard Kohlman of Independence, MO and Linda Thomson of Bellingham, WA; eight grandchildren, Paul Davis, Peter Davis, Perriann Davis, Bradley Kohlman, Simeone Kohlman Rabanni, Jeremy Kohlman, and Neil Gourty and 8 great grandchildren. .
