Diana Dorothea Krebs (Gamm)

Diana Krebs, 88, of Independence, MO passed away January 5, 2018. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Funeral services will be 10 am Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at the chapel. Burial will take place in Mt. Washington Cemetery. Diana was born on February 23, 1929 to Harry and Jessie (Loving) Gamm. She was a graduate of William Chrisman High School, and had been a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church. For over 20 years Diana worked at Independence Regional Hospital perfecting her love of cooking! She enjoyed crocheting and trying new recipes on her family. Diana was a 2 times past President of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 1000. Survivors include; son Robert Paul and his wife Elberta; son Randall Paul and his wife Riza; son Michael Paul, son David Paul and his wife Zoila; daughter Anita Thomas; sister Jessie Kittleson and her husband Don; brother Jerome Gamm and his wife Geraldine; brother James Gamm and his wife Gloria; 7 step children; 14 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; a large extended family and many friends. Diana is preceded in death by her parents and husband Freddie Krebs in 1989.
