Edna P. Kuder, 89, went peacefully home with her Lord on Wed. morning, Jul 18, 2007 at Monterey Park Nursing Center, being gently cared for by the Staff and by Grace Hospice. Services will be 2:00 pm, Sat, Jul 21, 2007 at the Carson- Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave, Indep. MO with the visitation being held from 12:30 until service time. Burial in Mound Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Immanuel Baptist Church Food Pantry, 112 W. 23rd St. Indep. MO. Edna was born on Feb 18, 1918 to Alpha and Minnie Fall in Sedalia, MO. She was a talented artist in china and oil paintings, crocheting, knitting and doll making. Edna was a dear friend to many and a kind, generous, gentle soul and so loved by her family. She loved them next to Jesus best of all. She was a faithful member of Immanuel Baptist Church and very involved in the food pantry and the senior adult group at the church. Edna was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leonard Kuder; son, Ollie Jack Kuder; daughter in law, Leslie Kuder; grandchildren, Diana Vaughn and Mark Kilgore; three sisters and two brothers. Her survivors include, a son, Keith Kuder of Warsaw, MO, a daughter and son in law, Carol and Dale Vaughn of Independence, daughter in law, Pat Kuder of Kansas City, MO. Grandchildren, Steve Kilgore, Jeff (DeeAnn) Vaughn, Melanie (Mark) Nance, Christy (Scott) Burger, Teresa (Larry) Johnson. Step grandsons, Kenney, Pat & Mike, and two great grandchildren.
