Mildred Marie Kuhn

Mildred Kuhn, 82, of Independence, MO passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2004 at her home. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, May 17, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, with the burial at Mound Grove Cemetery. The visitation will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. on Sunday at the chapel. Mildred was born on April 13, 1922 in Boonville, MO to Walter and Wilma (Grissum) White. She worked as an Operator for Southwestern Bell for 35 years, retiring in 1984. Mildred was also a long-time member of the First Calvary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Mack Kuhn; one son, Mitchel W. Kuhn; three daughters, Jacquelyn A. Mitef, Karyn M. Marshall, and Kathryn L. Miller; two grandsons, Ivan and Christopher Mitef; and one granddaughter, Kara Miller.
