A memorial service will begin at 1 pm, Sunday, Oct 15 at American Legion Tirey Ford Post #21, 16701 E. 40 Hwy., Independence, MO 64055. Visitation and a pot luck dinner will follow the service until 4 pm at the Legion Hall. The family requests contributions to NorthCare Hospice, 2800 Clay Edwards Drive, 2nd Floor, North Kansas City, MO 64116. George was preceded in death by his parents Charlotte and Carl Laterra. He is survived by his spouse Joseph C. Korsi; sister Kathy Pyron and husband Toby; brothers Tom Laterra; John Laterra and wife Connie and many other family members.
