Harold Teddy Latier

Harold Teddy Latier, 78 of Independence, MO passed away Saturday, Aug. 30, 2003 at his home. Services will be 10:00 am, Thursday, Sep 4, 2003 at the George C. Carson & Sons Funeral Home. Burial in Mound Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 - 8:30 pm Wed. at the Funeral Home. Contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society. Mr. Latier was born on May 16, 1925 to Frank & Mona Latier in Independence, MO. He was a lifelong area resident and was an Army veteran of WWII. He had been a Postal Clerk with the US Postal Service retiring in 1987. Mr. Latier was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Laverne Latier and Mona Latier. He is survived by a niece, Marcey Gregory of Goddard, KS, two great nephews and a host of cousins.
