Scott Lauffer Jr

Scott Lauffer, Jr. 15, of Oak Grove, MO passed away at his home on June 16, 2016. Visitation will be July 9, 2016, from 2-4pm at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Memorial services will follow at 4pm at the chapel. Scott was born on October 14, 2000 in Kansas City, MO to Scott Sr. and Karen Burgess. He attended Lee’s Summit North High School and would have been a sophomore in the fall. Scott enjoyed boxing, small game hunting, trapping, dirt bikes, and track. His favorite past time was hanging out with his best friend and Dad, Scott Sr. Many hours were spent in the garage restoring a 1978 Pontiac Trans AM that was to be for Scott’s 16th birthday. Scott was a daredevil, and would try just about anything! Survivors include; father Scott Lauffer, Sr.; mother Karen Burgess; sisters Brooklyn Lauffer, Brandy Lauffer, and Candice McCollough; grandparents Harold and Linda Lauffer; several nieces and nephews; many cousins, and a large circle of friends.
