Judith L. Leigh (Benbrook)

Judith L. Leigh, 85, of Independence, MO passed away September 18, 2020. A visitation will be held from 1-2:00 p.m. followed by a 2:00 p.m. service on Friday, September 25, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO. Judith was born September 2, 1935 in Chicago, IL to Clarence and Leda (Johnson) Benbrook. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter Leigh; and one son, Tommy Leigh. Judith is survived by three sons, Timmy Leigh, Wendell Leigh and Vernon Leigh; sisters, Carol Ekridge and Landa Fostich; two grandsons; and many other loving family members.
