Ruby Elizabeth Lewis

Ruby Elizabeth Lewis, 75, of Blue Springs, MO, passed away, on her birthday, Sunday, December 22, 2019. Cremation is planned. Ruby was born to Frank and Gladys (Taylor) Wells in Archie, MO on December 22, 1944. Ruby was one of four siblings born to the couple. When Ruby was in elementary school, the family moved to Independence, where Ruby attended school. She will be remembered as sweet, kind, compassionate woman, with a great memory, who was always giving. Ruby loved board games, stuffed animals, scrabble, skip-bo, and playing hearts. Ruby is survived by her sister, Alelia Stewart; niece, Vita Piccinini; nephew, John Green; great niece, Dennette; great nephews, Daniel and Vince; and great, great nieces and nephews, Dominic, Gabriella, Sergio, Bekah, Thalia, Isabella, GiGi, and Finnegan. She is preceded in death by both parents; and two brothers, Darren and Truman Lewis.
