Hazel Liebsch

Hazel “Jean” Liebsch, 84, of Raytown, MO passed away November 22, 2013 at her home. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 25, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 26, at the chapel, with burial to follow at Floral Hills Cemetery. Jean was born March 6, 1929 in Monette, Arkansas to Herbert and Velma (Sharp) Cullum. Her life was centered on a 63 year partnership with her loving and devoted husband Jack. His favorite description of her was, “She was a hoot and holler girl”. Jean is survived by her husband, Jack Liebsch; three children, Jeffrey Liebsch, Karen Calabro and Sharlene Liebsch; two grandchildren, Alexis and Brock Krepps; and many other loving family members.
