“Judy” Lindsay, 76, passed away Aug. 6, 2012. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 am, Sat., Aug. 11 at Mt. Washington Cemetery, Independence, MO. Visitation will be from 10–11 am before the graveside service at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Wayside Waifs, 3901 Martha Truman Rd., Kansas City, MO 64137.
Judy is survived by her husband Jim A. Lindsay of the home; daughter, Pamela Kay Stepanich and husband Bob of Platte City, MO; daughter, Shirley De Paul and husband Larry of Philadelphia, PA; a granddaughter, Nicole; and two great granddaughters, Kylie and Aubrey; brother, Glenn F. Clifton and wife Evie of San Bruno, CA; brother, James H. Davis and wife Libby of Lexington, SC; and sister, Ruth Ann Pauley of Charleston, WV. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Dorinda Jean Jones of Independence, MO.
