James Love

James Love, Jr. 23, of Independence, MO passed away May 26, 2017. A memorial service will be held 2pm Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. James was born on December 15, 1993 in Wichita, KS to James and Rachelle (Wise) Love. He was a graduate of William Chrisman High School. He enjoyed playing football, most notably as a lineman, reading, and playing the drums. James had a love for music of all types and could always find the right song for any occasion. He was a very smart, kind, and caring person. Always willing to put others before himself, he made friends easily. James was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all. Survivors include; parents James and Rachelle Love; sisters Ashlie Love, Amanda Love, and Alicia Love; nephews Carsen and Nixon; niece Leilani; maternal grandmother Betty Wise; a large extended family and many friends. James is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Cecil and Shirley love.
