David H. Lundquist, 88, of Independence, MO passed away November 1, 2004 at the Rosewood Care Center. A visitation will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 4, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. The service will be 10:00 a.m. on Friday at the chapel with burial at Mound Grove Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice or the Eden Heights Building Fund. David was born on September 25, 1916 in Ely, Nevada to David G. and Geneva Lundquist. He worked for 27 years at the Rivals Manufacturing Co. as a foreman over the Plating division. He loved to hunt and fish, and even started his own fishing lure company, "The Swede� in the 1960�s. David was also a member of the Eden Heights Community of Christ Church for 52 years. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Marguerite Lundquist; one daughter, Martha Hamm; two sons and daughter-in-laws, David J. and Pam Lundquist and Robert W. and Deberah Lundquist; two sisters, Lucille Stumpenhaus and Reva Munjak; one brother, Duane "Red� Lundquist; 18 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
