Beverly Ann Maclachlan

Beverly Ann MacLachlan, 78 of Independence passed away Monday, Jun 18, 2007 at Carmel Hills Living Center. At Beverly’s request, she will be cremated and then buried in Hawaii. Beverly was born on Sep 13, 1928 to Ray and Nellie Stepp in Hutchinson, KS and had live in California and Hawaii before moving to Independence five years ago. She was a loving sister and aunt who was a very active Presbyterian Church member with a beautiful singing voice and was an excellent piano player. She was preceded in death by her husband, John in 1988. Her survivors include a sister, Betty McInturff; a niece Dianna Bacon and two nephews, Tim Dearth and David Dearth.
