John C. Madick, 70, Buckner, MO died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012. Visitation will be 10-11 am, Monday, Dec. 10 at Speaks Buckner Chapel, 300 W. Adams, Buckner, MO 64016. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1 pm, Monday at St. Joseph the Worker, 2200 N. Blue Mills, Rd, Independence, MO 64058. Interment at Buckner Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to the Aftercare program at Children’s Mercy Hospital, 2401 Gillham Rd., .Kansas City, MO 64108
