Olga Helen (Blaser) Markham, 100, Blue Springs, MO passed away October 29, 2006, at St. Mary�s Manor in Blue Springs, MO. Services will be 11:00 am Thursday November 2, 2006 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Private burial will be in Crescent Hill Cemetery in Adrian, MO. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Village Presbyterian Church 6641 Mission Rd. Prairie Village, KS where Olga was a member since 1945, serving as Deacon. Olga was born October 19, 1906 in Garber, OK to Anna Elizabeth and Albert Blaser. She was the seventh of eight children who all preceded her in death. There were four brothers; Henry, Elmer, William "Bill�, and Carl Blaser and three sisters; Ida Allen, Emma Fritts and Lillian "Lil� Stayton. Olga lived in Merriam, KS for more than 30 years until moving to Blue Springs in 1988. She worked in Government Service 30 years, both in Washington, D.C. and Kansas City, retiring in 1962 from The Weather Bureau Service. Her husband, Cecil O. Markham served in the Army during WWII and died on December 31, 1957. Olga is survived by many nephews and nieces who will miss "Aunt Olga�, and her wise loving and giving spirit.
