John Elvin "Johnny" Marshall

Johnny Marshall, 76, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away January 8, 2016. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 1-2:00 p.m. followed by a 2:00 p.m. service at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO, 64052. Johnny was born on August 23, 1939 to John David and Lucinda Marshall. He enjoyed bowling, western movies, John Wayne, singing, music, and Elvis Presley. His brothers and sisters will remember him for his kindness, his big smile and his love of life. Johnny will be remembered by his sister Margaret Burt of Palm Coast, FL; sister Roseanna Morris and husband David of Lincoln, MO; sister Dianna Duley and husband Joe of Independence, MO; brother Joe Marshall and wife Carol of Lee’s Summit, MO; sister Linda Money and husband David of Independence, MO; brother Kenny Marshall and wife Zola of Lee’s Summit, MO; sister Patricia Barnes and husband David of Kansas City, KS; sister Christina Boynton and husband Bill of Independence, MO; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Joyce Humphrey.
