Nadine Deloris Marshall, 81 of Independence, MO passed away Saturday morning, June 9, 2007. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Monday evening at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to American Red Cross, People for Animals Welfare Society (P.A.W.S). or to Crossroads Hospice. Nadine was born February 26, 1926 in Kansas Citry, MO to Ralph and Eldora (Altis) McClellan. She grew up in the Kansas City area graduating from Westport High School. She was a mother, wife and homemaker who also volunteered her time, for over 10 years, to the American Red Cross for disaster relief work, hardship missions, the 9/11 recovery effort and to P.A.W.S. She was married to Milan Marshall; he preceded her in death in 1992. Survivors include; 2 daughters, Deborah Pietzsch of Santa Teresa, NM and Cheryl Young of Scottsdale, AZ; a grandson, Timothy Pietzsch and his wife Lisa of Lee’s Summit, MO and great granddaughters Miranda and Makenzie Pietzsch of Lee’s Summit, MO.
