Shizue "Sally" Martin (Itabashi)

Shizue “Sally” Martin, 84 of Independence, MO peacefully passed away on Monday, January 25, 2021. Private interment will be held at Fort Leavenworth Cemetery. Sally was born February 15, 1936 in Tokyo, Japan and enjoyed gardening, fishing, bowling, playing bingo and cooking. She was preceded in death by; her parents, husband James and son, James, a young sister and a granddaughter, Raina. She is survived by 2 brothers: Norio and Akira, and 2 sisters: Sachiko and Mariko; a son John and wife Cheryl, daughter, Carol husband Randall, son David; 8 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Sally will be greatly missed and loved forever by all of her family and friends. Flowers may be sent to her home.
