Mary Patricia Adams

Mary Patricia Adams, age 89, born November 7, 1933, passed at home on June 26, 2023. Born in Iberia, MO, she spent her early childhood in Jefferson City, moving to Kansas City when she was 12. She met Charles Richard Adams on February 29, 1952 and they married on April 9th of that year. They were happily married for 49 years, until his passing in 2001. She is survived by her daughter, Candy Adams (Tim Murphy), and son, Chad Adams. Three grandchildren, Cary F. Tompkins IV (Mindy), Kelsey Brown (Elijah), Colin Adams, and two great grandchildren, Grace and Ian Tompkins. A Graveside service will take place at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Floral Hills Cemetery.
