Jennifer Marie Mayfield

Jennifer Marie Mayfield, 24, Independence, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2003 at her home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 5, 2003 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, burial in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, July 4, 2003. The family suggests contributions to Kendallwood Hospice. Jennifer was born June 7, 1979 to Dean and Tedina Mayfield in Independence, MO. Ms. Mayfield graduated from William Chrisman High School in 1998. During high school Jennifer attended the Joe Herndon Vocational School and received her Certified Nurses Assistant�s license. After high school she went on to pursue her dream of being a nurse at Sanford Brown College. Her grandparents, Lloyd and Esther Mayfield, Ted and Virginia Sloan, James Wiggins, and an uncle Wendell Gillpatrick precede Jennifer in death. She is survived by her parents Dean and Tedina Mayfield, one brother Chris Mayfield, five aunts: Shelley and Jim Rivers, Opal and Benny Hoke, Ann Gillpatrick, Jane Stinson, Terry Kay and Wayne Ramsey, all of Independence, MO; Sandra and Brad Mickey, Buckner, MO.; six uncles: Ed and Debbie Mayfield, John and Clara Sloan, Ellis and Sonia Sloan, Sammy and Dawn Wiggins, Oscar O�banion, all of Independence, MO.; Roger and D.J. Mayfield, Poplar Bluff, MO.; Gary Wiggins, Eagle Rock, MO.; her boyfriend Bryan Helman, Orlando, FL.; and her grandmother, Elizabeth Wiggins.
